'Life, Everyday' is a solo piano music album by Aya Sekine, a compilation of emotionally driven improvisations, original compositions and arrangement of known standard recorded between 2013 and 2018, a sequel to her 2003 solo piano improvisation album 'Inside, Out!'. The idea of combining 2 different recordings into one album came in 2019.

The improvisation part of the album was conceived aiming to portray the feelings such as anxiety, joy and questions - mainly following Sekine's vision wanting to coming out of the darkness. On a contrary, three compositions were her work as composer/arranger with much details carefully weaved with her emotions. You will be able to experience Sekine's vision in a full spectrum.

2013 : Album 'Life, Everyday!' was conceptualised and recorded improvisations (tracks 1, 3, 5, 6) in Okayama, Japan.

2018 : Additional 3 tracks (tracks 2, 4, 7) were recorded in Singapore; 2 original compositions and an arranged standard

2020 May : Album art were finalised, album release during Circuit Breaker measure
